Shipping Policy

Orderly Stitching ships from New Zealand to most countries using New Zealand Post. All shipping is tracked.

New Zealand shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6 for urban areas, and $11 for rural.

Free shipping applies to orders over $100NZD shipped within New Zealand only.

International Shipping rates are priced based on the size and weight of the items in your order.​

​

There are no shipping charges for digital downloads.

Processing time (before shipment) for all orders: 1-3 working days. If you pay via bank deposit items will be shipped after payment is cleared. This can take up to 3 business days.

Shipping times vary from country to country, NZ Post Delivery Targets (as at August 2022) are as follows. If you have concerns about your delivery, please get in touch.

• New Zealand (urban): 2-3 working days

• New Zealand (rural): 3-5 working days

• Australia: 6-12 working days*

• United Kingdom and Europe: 6-18 working days*

• United States of American & Canada: 6-14 working days*

• Rest of the world: 10-18 working days*

*PLEASE NOTE: It is not uncommon for international parcels  to be up to 10 business days late. If your shipment is delayed or damaged in the post, please reach out to me and I will do my best help you.

For international shipments, the receiver is responsible for any customs or duties that need to be paid.
